- Notes:
1) Use this form to request unblocking of up to 5 email source addresses
from otherwise blocked Spam sources. Or to get a whole organisation's 
email server or domain name unblocked.
2) If you are a Micronica MEMBER you can choose to get your OWN email
address COMPLETELY OPENED UP and UNBLOCKED to ALL email. For FREE.
3) Make SURE that the ORIGINATING source details are correct! The
source email provider may need to be contacted in case they have an
Alias name from which email originates. But this is rare. Extra cost
will be involved if we have to spend time to do that work for you.
4) If you request a WHOLE Mailserver or Domain Name to be unblocked and
we again get Spam or Virus email abuse it will be blocked again. So it
is in your interest to make sure you isolate the offender on your
system properly first.
5) This order can be PRINTED and FAXED TO 03-96905331 or POSTED or
"Cut-and-Paste" and EMAIL back to us.
