The following assumes you have a Standard WindowsXP or Windows2000 installation. 
1) Insert the Installation CD into your CD ROM Drive. The installation
   utility will start.
2) Select "Driver Installation" and follow prompts. Reboot the computer
   when instructed.
3) Now for the Application Software Installation.
   Insert the Installation CD into your CD ROM Drive. The installation
   utility will start.
   Select "Software Utility Installation" and follow the prompts.
   Reboot the computer when instructed.
4) Launch your TV Software from the new Desktop Icon.
You're up and running !
